She Sets
Boundaries
A 3 week boundary setting challenge
By the end of the challenge, you'll have set boundaries with people that drain you, and know exactly how to communicate your boundaries without feeling guilty, mean, or afraid of disappointing people.

This is for the women who always say yes.
- Empathetic women who feel everyone's emotions before their own
- Recovering people pleasers
- Sensitive and anxious girls who overthink every conversation
- Women who over explain every no
- Women who lose themselves in their relationships
- Women who feel guilty the second they put themselves first
- The "nice girl" everyone leans on, but nobody checks on
- Women who avoid conflict to keep the peace, then quietly resent it
If you read that list and felt seen, you're in the right place.
What I'm teaching you
Not how to be colder. How to be secure. These are the four things nobody taught us growing up.
What to say in the moment
The exact words for your mom, your boss, your friends, and your partner, so you stop freezing and saying yes on autopilot.
How to stop over explaining
How to say it once, clearly and kindly, without the paragraph and three apologies. "I can't make it" is a full sentence.
How to handle the guilt after
What to do in the hours after a boundary, so the guilt spiral doesn't talk you into taking it back.
How to stay secure when they're disappointed
How to let people have their feelings while you keep your no, and still feel like yourself.
What we'll do, week by week.
Two lessons drop each week, on Monday and Wednesday, so you have time to reflect, do the action steps, and actually use them before we meet live on Friday.
Why you can't say no
We find the people and places where you abandon yourself, and look at the pattern without shame, because shame is what keeps it running.
- Lesson 1 · Boundaries Redefined. Why a boundary is a decision about what you will do, not a rule you make other people follow. Plus your Boundary Audit.
- Lesson 2 · Why People Freeze. The automatic yes, over explaining, and fawning, and why they're a nervous system pattern, not a personality flaw.
- Live call · Fri Oct 30, 12pm ET. Seeing the pattern. Hot seat coaching on what you found.
What to say, and how to say it
My signature framework, so you feel seen, heard, and understood, and people actually respect what you say. Then we deal with the guilt spiral so you can let people be disappointed and still sleep at night.
- Lesson 3 · The CEASE Framework. A simple, repeatable way to say your boundary out loud, with real scripts for real people.
- Lesson 4 · Without the Guilt Spiral. What to do in the hours after a boundary, and a new definition of success that doesn't depend on their reaction.
- Live call · Fri Nov 6, 12pm ET. Say it out loud. We tighten your script for your real situation.
Becoming unshakable
This is where it becomes who you are. We let go of the old conditioning and step into the woman who chooses herself, whether people like it or not.
- Lesson 5 · Letting Go of Conditioning. The good girl rules you were taught, and why putting yourself first was never selfish.
- Lesson 6 · The Boundaried Woman. Making this your identity, so it sticks long after the three weeks end.
- Live call · Fri Nov 13, 12pm ET. Becoming unshakable. Practice holding your no when someone pushes.
How it works and what you get.

You said no.
Then the guilt hit.
You finally say it. "I can't this weekend." And for one second you feel proud of yourself.
Then your stomach drops. They go quiet. They send "ok." with a period. And suddenly you're thinking, wait... did I do something wrong?
I call it the guilt spiral. And if you've been living in it for years, I want you to hear this first: nothing is wrong with you.
You don't need to become less caring. You need to become more secure in yourself. That's exactly what She Sets Boundaries is for.
It shows up everywhere.
At work. With family. In relationships. In the group chat. Maybe it looks like this.
- Your mom guilt trips you for not coming over on Sunday, so you cancel the one quiet day you had and go anyway.
- Your friend only texts when she needs something, and you still drop everything, every single time.
- Your boss texts you at 9pm and you answer in thirty seconds so nobody thinks you're slacking.
- Your aunt comments on your weight at every family dinner, and you laugh it off and hate yourself on the drive home.
- Your boyfriend gets weird when you want a night alone, so you cancel your own plans to keep the peace.
- You rewrite one text six times, delete "sorry" four times, and still send a paragraph when "I can't make it" was enough.
- You finally speak up, then spend the whole night replaying it, wondering if you were mean.
You're not dramatic. You're tired. Tired of being the easy one, the fixer, the one who never makes it weird.
You're not too nice. You've been abandoning yourself.
You already know you're allowed to say no. You already know their feelings aren't your job. So why is it still so hard?
Because people pleasing is a safety habit, not a personality. Somewhere along the way your body learned that keeping everyone happy kept you safe. So now the pause before a yes feels dangerous, and a plain no feels like it won't be accepted.
That's why you over explain. Over explaining is really just asking for permission to have a need.
And that guilt after a boundary? It's an old alarm going off. It is not proof you did something wrong.
Gabor Maté writes about this in When the Body Says No. Your body keeps score of every swallowed no. The resentment, the exhaustion, the tight chest when her name pops up on your phone. If you don't learn to say it, your body eventually says it for you.
Three things I need you to hear.
Guilt is an alarm, not a verdict.
Feeling guilty after a boundary and actually doing something wrong can feel exactly the same. The facts are different. If you were honest and kind, you didn't do anything wrong. You did something new.
"I can't make it" is a full sentence.
You don't owe anyone a case file. No three reasons, no apology essay, no screenshot of your calendar. A no doesn't need a defense to be valid.
A boundary shows you who stays.
It shows you who only liked you when you were convenient. That can sting. It also makes room for the people who love the real you, not the version that never says no.

I used to be the easy one.
I let bosses talk to me like my ideas didn't matter. I felt stupid speaking up in meetings because nobody took me seriously.
I grew up in a strict Latina household, and I love my family so much. But every decision I made felt like it was up for a vote. Who I dated, my career, where I lived. I almost let their opinions decide my whole life.
I shrank around friends I didn't even like. I went to the parties, stayed with the big girl groups, and came home drained because I was never actually being me.
I don't hate that version of me. I love her and I forgive her. She's the reason I learned how to let people be disappointed and still come home to myself. Lots of journaling, lots of prayer, lots of practice.
Now I'm a People Pleasing Coach, I talk about this every day with over 100K people on Instagram, and I'm on the path to becoming a licensed mental health counselor. I'm not here to teach you to be cold. I'm here to help you become secure.
Katy GarciaShe Sets Boundaries
A 3 week live coaching experience where you learn exactly what to say, practice saying it with women who get it, and become someone who is secure being herself, even when people are disappointed.
This isn't a course you buy and forget about. It's three weeks of doing this together, live with me, on your real situations with your real people.
From "I hope they're not mad at me" to "They can be mad. I'm still okay."
Words for the moment you freeze.
Every lesson comes with real scripts and action steps, so you're never stuck staring at a text wondering what to say. Here are a few of mine.
"We already spoke about this, and my answer is still the same."
"I can see you're disappointed, and my answer is still no."
"I care about you, and I'm still not doing that."
"Thanks for thinking of me, but I won't be able to make it."
"My body isn't up for discussion."
"I'm not going to keep explaining myself."
The scripts are the start. Inside, we practice saying them live, so they come out of your mouth when it actually matters.
One private community. Everything inside.
There's no separate course to log into. The lessons, the calls, the scripts, and the women all live in one place: the private She Sets Boundaries community on Kajabi. You get in the moment you join.
6 lessons with real scripts and action steps
Two lessons a week, released on Mondays and Wednesdays. Each one gives you the why, the exact words, and one clear thing to go do.
3 live group coaching calls with me
Fridays, October 30, November 6, and November 13 at 12pm ET. Hot seat coaching on your real situations: your mom, your boss, your situationship, your group chat. Want to just listen? That's completely okay. Replays are available.
Boundary scripts for real life
Words for family, friends, work, dating, guilt trips, and the person who just won't take no for an answer.
The Wins channel
A place to share every boundary you hold, big or small. Every Sunday we celebrate together with Wins Sunday posts, because the small wins are the ones that change you.
A community of women who get it
Women who are leaving the nice girl era behind and choosing themselves. Nobody here will think you're dramatic for needing a script to tell your aunt to stop.
- 6 lessons · 3 live coaching calls
- Replays, scripts, and the Wins channel
- Instant access to the private community
It's not "nobody can ever be upset with me."It's "someone can be upset with me, and I can still be okay."
That's what secure feels like. Not harder. Not colder. Just home in yourself.
You probably have a few.
I've never set a boundary in my life. Is this too advanced for me?
This is exactly where you start. We begin with why it feels so hard, then build the words one step at a time, starting with the softest version. Nobody is going to ask you to confront your mom on day one.
I work full time and I have kids. Do I have time for this?
Yes. Lessons are posted inside the community on Mondays and Wednesdays so you can watch whenever your day allows, and every live call has a replay. The action steps happen in your real life, in conversations you're already having. You're not adding more to your plate. You're changing how you handle what's already on it.
I'm nervous to talk on the calls. Do I have to?
Not at all. You can just listen. Honestly, you'll hear women coached on situations that sound exactly like yours, and that alone changes a lot. If you ever want to jump on the hot seat, you can. Zero pressure.
My hardest boundaries are with family. I can't just cut them off.
You don't have to. Boundaries aren't about cutting people off. We look at the people closest to you differently than a coworker or a stranger, so you learn how to protect your peace and keep the relationships you want, with more honesty and less resentment. Mom guilt trips, aunt comments, the family group chat: we'll cover it.
What if I fall behind?
Then you catch up. Everything lives inside the community: the lessons, the scripts, and the call replays. There's no falling behind in a way that ruins it. Come as you are and pick up where you left off.
Is this therapy?
No. She Sets Boundaries is coaching. We work on patterns, words, and practice. I'm a coach on the path to becoming a licensed mental health counselor, and I keep those two things separate. If something comes up that feels bigger than coaching, like trauma, abuse, or a mental health crisis, please reach out to a licensed therapist. If you're ever in crisis in the US, you can call or text 988.
When do I get access?
Right away. The moment you join, you get instant access to the private She Sets Boundaries community. The program runs October 26 to November 15.
What if I can't make the live calls?
Replays are available for every call. The calls are Fridays, October 30, November 6, and November 13 at 12pm ET. You can also share your situation in the community so you still feel part of it.
When do doors close?
Doors close Sunday, October 25. After that, enrollment for this round is closed.
Come home to yourself.
You've spent years making sure everyone else is comfortable. These next three weeks are for you.
Three weeks from now, you could be the woman who says "I can't make it" and puts her phone down. Who hears the guilt and doesn't obey it. Who lets them be disappointed and still feels like herself.
