She Sets
Boundaries
A 21-Day Experience
Learn exactly how to set boundaries that people respect — without the guilt spiral or fear of disappointment after.
Over three weeks, you'll learn exactly how to communicate your boundaries to the people in your life who are overstepping, disrespecting you, or that you need distance from.
This is not another psychology course or self-help guide. It's an experience that will help you step into the woman who is unshakably secure in herself, whether people like her or not, and who puts herself first.
The pattern
You know you need better boundaries.
But knowing you should say no is one thing. Actually saying it when someone might be disappointed with you? That's the hard part.
They ask why. They push back. They seem annoyed.
"Wait… did I do something wrong?"
So you explain. You apologize. You second-guess yourself. Maybe you even give in.
She Sets Boundaries is about changing that.
The real problem
You don't have a "boundary problem."
You have a nervous system that feels deeply unsafe with conflict and rejection.
You already know you're allowed to say no. But you struggle to, because of a deep fear of disappointing people, making them upset, not being liked — even of losing them.
That fear probably started young, back when you learned to be "the peacekeeper of the family," "the fixer," "the nice girl everyone likes," or "the one who makes everyone happy."
This experience is about healing your nervous system, so you can become the woman who feels safe to express her emotions, put herself first, and set boundaries that people respect — without feeling mean or selfish.
Meet your coach
Hi, I'm Katy.
A retired people-pleaser, coach to 50+ women, and a future licensed therapist.
When I was five, my mom passed away from cancer. When my dad remarried, my home life got really toxic. I became the fixer of the family — the little girl who could read emotions before she could read books — and over time I developed a pattern of people-pleasing.
That pattern stuck with me as I got older: situationships with guys who made me question my self-worth, friendship groups that didn't align with me because I was afraid to be alone, jobs where I couldn't stand up for myself, and a constant need for other people's approval — especially my parents' — that left me feeling exhausted, disrespected, and like I wasn't enough.
But after years of therapy, studying psychology, and coaching 50+ women, I realized the number one thing I wish I knew at the start was how to actually set and communicate boundaries without drowning in guilt.
The transformation
From "I hope they're not mad at me."
To "they can be mad. I'm still okay."
Pause instead of automatically saying yes.
Say what you actually mean without an apology essay.
Set a boundary clearly and kindly.
Handle the "but why?" without over-explaining.
Respond when someone pushes back.
Stop interpreting someone's disappointment as proof you did something wrong.
Feel the guilt without letting it make your decisions for you.
Hold your boundary even when someone doesn't like it.
This is for you if
You're the woman who...
- Says yes when she desperately wants to say no
- Feels guilty for having needs
- Hates disappointing people
- Takes people's reactions personally
- Over-explains herself
- Apologizes when she hasn't done anything wrong
- Avoids confrontation
- Rehearses difficult conversations in her head
- Lets things slide until she's resentful
- Worries people will think she's selfish
- Knows she needs boundaries but struggles to hold them
You don't need to become less caring.
You need to become more secure in yourself.
What we're going to change
Learn how to communicate boundaries
What to say & how to say it. Based on your personal boundary map, you'll learn the specific boundaries you need for each person and situation currently draining you. Whether it's that situationship, friends, overstepping parents, your boss, or someone who's currently disrespecting you — you'll know exactly what to say, how to say it, and who to say it to.
End the guilt spiral
Understand your people-pleasing patterns and learn to feel safe within your nervous system — without the fear of people being upset at you or disappointing them. Understand exactly how to regulate your emotions and stop feeling guilty for putting yourself first.
Become unshakable
This is where it becomes permanent. You'll learn exactly how to hold your boundaries so people respect you, what to do when someone pushes back, and step into the identity of the woman who is secure in herself — whether people like her or not. Step into the version of you that says no to others and yes to herself.
What you'll get
- Access to a community & groupchat full of women who are exiting their people-pleasing era and becoming the woman who's boundaried and secure in herself
- Boundary scripts and guided exercises
- Video trainings delivered Monday and Wednesday, over the course of three weeks
- Live Q&A and coaching calls on Friday where I help you dive into anything you need to heal, let go of, or how to communicate a certain boundary with someone specific
What you'll walk away with
- After this experience, you'll have said at least 3–5 boundaries with people in your life that are draining you or that you want to distance yourself from
- You will not feel guilty, mean, or selfish for putting yourself first — because saying no is self-care
- You'll feel 10x more confident in your ability to communicate and navigate situations where you feel disrespected, uncomfortable, or need to express your emotions
My philosophy
Setting boundaries in your life is absolutely life-changing, because saying no to others is saying yes to yourself, your emotions, your needs, and the things that you want to do.
I don't think setting boundaries has to be mean or even bitchy — the way that I teach boundaries is always communicated firm but kind.
And if anything, setting boundaries is a form of self-care, because you deserve to live a peaceful life and live for your own approval instead of worrying about what anyone else thinks.
The real goal
It's not "nobody can ever be upset with me."
It's "someone can be upset with me — and I can still be okay."
Because you can be a good person without being available for everything. You can love people without saying yes to everything they ask of you. You can be empathetic without taking responsibility for everyone's emotions.
You can care deeply without abandoning yourself.
